What is a Supplier profile?

NextPro offers a variety of free options for suppliers to engage with leads, build an online reputation, and establish a brand leadership position in their industry. Premium options also exist for Suppliers who want to upgrade their profile. Specifically, we offer 3 levels of Supplier profiles as follows:

• Basic: Suppliers can register their profile on NextPro B2B E-commerce platform without any cost, have less priority to receive Request for Quotation (RFQ) than other Suppliers, they RFQ will be received within 4 hours after RFQ is issued. To receive RFQs immediately, Suppliers should upgrade their profile to a higher level (Premium, Sponsor), and limit posting to 6 featured products and 12 other products.

• Premium: Supplier can receive RFQ within 2 hours after RFQ is released, same type as Supplier’s core product/service portfolio, and allows posting up to 12 products/services into the featured products area and increase the number of other product listings to 24 products.

• Sponsor: Supplier can receive RFQ as soon as Buyer issues RFQ which is of the same type as Supplier’s core product/service catalog and can post up to 18 products/services into the featured product area, the maximum number of other product postings is 48 products.

What is the Supplier Profile Verification Program (SICP)?

When a Supplier wishes to upgrade and become a SICP Bronze, Silver or Gold verified member, NextPro specialists will collect business registration information to confirm that Supplier’s legal entity is registered and active . The registration is confirmed through the enterprise registration portal in each country of the Registration Provider and additional legal certification from the Supplier.

The information we verify includes:

• Business entity name

• Status (active/inactive)

• Authority to form

• ID number

• Business establishment date

In addition, depending on the SICP profile registered by the Provider, there are more types of checks to increase the Provider’s credibility including:

• Check bank account information

• Check the status of corporate sanctions

• Certificate management

• Due diligence service

• Financial risk assessment

How many types of online bidding are offered by NextPro?

We introduce 6 types of tenders, including:

  1. English Reverse (Price)
  2. Sealed Bid
  3. Dynamic Reverse (Ranking)
  4. Traffic Light
  5. Japanese Reverse
  6. Dutch Forward

What is the meaning of each type of online bidding?

1. Traffic Light Type:

You’ll see a color status (blue, yellow, red) after submitting your bid. Traffic Light colors are based on previously defined price ranges by Buyers that are not known to bidders (except for the starting price) and Vendors must bid less than the previous bid to enter the color zone safely.

2. Reverse British Type (auction):

Your bid and current best bid will be shown after you’ve submitted your initial bid for that bid. The initial bid may match the starting price offered online, or it may be lower than that. You must bid less than your current bid if you want to submit more than 1 bid per plan.

3. Dynamic Reverse Type (ranked auction):

Your current bid and rank will be displayed after you have submitted your initial bid. The initial bid may match the starting price offered online, or it may be lower than that. You must bid less than the final bid if you want to submit more than 1 bid per package.

4. Reverse Japanese:

The current price displayed must be confirmed to qualify for the next price. The auction will end with a pre-determined final price or if only 1 bidder remains.

5. Dutch transition type:

The auction will end with the confirmation of the price shown by the first person to confirm this price.

6. Type of closed bidding:

Only the best bidders (number and location of Suppliers will be determined by Buyer after phase 1) per package/position will be eligible to participate in bid round bids. private. Buyer is requesting each Supplier selected to participate in Private Bidding to place the final 1 (one) bid in the Sealed Bid. All competitor information will be turned off and visible to Buyers only. If no bids are submitted in the closed-loop, the lowest bid from stage 1 will be considered. In general, only each bidder’s best bid at the end of both periods will be considered.

How do I get support?

When you register to become a Supplier on NextPro B2B E-commerce platform, you will be supported by our Client Success Department during business hours upon request. Our Client Success Department is always ready to help you and help all activities on your NextPro B2B E-commerce platform take place in the most effective way.

What do I need to provide when I open a new account?

To create an account for a Supplier on the NextPro B2B E-commerce platform, the Supplier goes to the website www.nextpro.io, selects the Login item, and then selects the “Become a Supplier” item. Then you fill in all the required information, after activating your account, the system will ask you to attach the following documents in the Main Business section:

Supplier registration form (according to the attached form)

Valid business license (scanned copy)

Bank account confirmation letter (scanned copy)

Tax code certificate (scanned copy)

Which product categories can be listed and traded on the NextPro B2B E-commerce platform? Are there any restrictions?

Suppliers cannot list or trade prohibited and controlled items.

How to contact Buyers on NextPro B2B E-commerce platform?

You will be able to contact the Buyer directly after the Buyer selects you as the supplier of the product/service requested by the Buyer. The system sends the Purchase Order to both Buyer and Supplier, which will have Buyer contact details, you can contact Buyer through this information.

Why is my Profile not verified?

NextPro is a B2B E-commerce platform with integrated profile verification for Suppliers. We will perform record verification upon request by the Supplier.

When a Provider wants to upgrade and become a SICP Bronze, Silver or Gold member, you must first sign up for the appropriate SICP Profile Verification plan and submit the records to the system, the NextPro specialist will do a preliminary check. and transferred to a reputable and independent 3rd party providing verification services for processing.

In addition, depending on the SICP Profile Verification plan registered by the Provider, there will be more types of records that require verification to increase the Provider’s credibility including:

The appraisal of the Supplier profile on the B2B NextPro E-commerce platform is done by two units, VIVA Business Consulting and Crowe Vietnam.

Account upgrade is one of the outstanding features on NextPro B2B E-commerce platform. You don’t have to Upgrade your account if you don’t need it. However, upgrading your account will help you enjoy more benefits.

Currently, NextPro B2B E-commerce platform offers account packages for Suppliers as follows:

– Basic: Supplier can register their profile on NextPro B2B E-commerce platform without any cost, less priority to receive Request for Quotation (RFQ) than other Suppliers, Supplier will receive RFQ in 4 hours after RFQ is issued from buyer. Can I unlink the verification email?

Login protection is important for account security, and verification codes are an important method to protect your account from being logged in by hackers from other places.

Currently, all members on the NextPro B2B E-commerce platform are required to use a verification code when logging in and performing important steps. Therefore, you cannot unlink the verification email.

Case 2: Violation of product posting policy

The product you posted violates the Product Posting Policy on NextPro B2B E-commerce platform. NextPro administrators will not review products for violations of this policy. You can refer to the Product Posting Policy here.

How do I file a complaint?

Dispute and complaint settlement process:

Step 1: To create a claim, Buyer/Supplier sends information about the claim to email supportcenter@nextpro.io;

Step 2: Client Success Department of NextPro International Procurement Service Co., Ltd. will receive requests from complainants/disputing parties. NextPro International Procurement Service Company Limited will take specific measures to assist complainants/disputing parties to resolve depending on the nature and extent of the case.

In case it is beyond the capacity and authority of NextPro International Procurement Service Co., Ltd., NextPro International Procurement Service Co., Ltd. will request the disputing parties to bring the case to a state agency. authorized by law. – If your product has infringed Intellectual Property Rights or is on NextPro’s list of prohibited and controlled products, please directly remove the alleged infringing product and any other products that have violated said rights.

To establish a good product catalog, helping Buyers can search for products more efficiently. The provider should take the following steps:

1. In the Main Business section, the Supplier needs to clearly define what the business lines of your Business are.

2. In the Products section, the Supplier needs to specifically classify the Product Type, Item Name and the corresponding Category of each product.

No Feedback from Buyer!

Please check the status of the request you are interested in. When the request status is “Expired”, it means that the Buyer is reviewing and evaluating the proposals from the Suppliers and then making a decision for the next step. You will not receive a response from the buyer when the request is in Bid Selected or Canceled status.

Can a supplier have a copy of the documentation for an online procurement activity prior to in-person implementation?

What are the differences and benefits of SICP?

We offer three levels of SICP:

What makes a Provider ineligible for NextPro's SICP?

A provider is not eligible for NextPro’s SICP if:

• Filed for bankruptcy

• Has an inactive business registration status

• There are significant negative marks on a credit report

• Has not met the requirements of open source background checks
